INITIAL MEETING
Initial meeting to understand clients concept for work.we share our ideas.from concept of clients end we start workin on project.and we will start to gather key information such as site survey or previous plan.

DEVELOPING DESIGN
Concept design is essentially a range of solutions to the brief. We developed through drawings, floor plan and perspective sketches and computer renderings.

SUBMITTING DETAILED DESIGN AND COST BREAK DOWN
Once resource consent is approved, your project will progress to the detailed design phase. This means we will advance your design to the level of detail that allows a construction contractor to assess the full scope of the project.
